She has over 25 years of experience working in social services and management. Mary’s career at New Pathways started in 2004, since she has helped hundreds of families and over 1,000 children to go home again.

My name is Chris Miller, and I recently joined the New Pathways staff, as the Capital Campaign Manager, for HOPE LIVES HERE. My love for faith, family and friends motivates me to enjoy doing good for others. I look forward, with hope, to working with the Capital Campaign Committee and the New Pathways staff to better serve our families with children to rebuild their lives.
I enjoyed a most fulfilling career in education, I loved teaching, and will forever treasure the memories.

Gina holds a diploma as a Medical Receptionist, is certified in Customer Service, and has over 24 years of experience with non-profit administrative accounting and HR work.

Jennifer has over twenty years of experience working in the office administrative field. She has experience in early childhood, publications, marketing communications and outreach. Jenny and her family moved to the Rush City area in 2010, where she has served on many committees, specializing in fundraising, marketing, and connecting with the community. Giving back to others is a passion for her.

My name is Amy Walcheski and I recently joined the New Pathways Team as a Supportive Housing Case Manager.
I have been working in the Mental Health and Housing/Human Services field for over 20 years because I love to help people. I have an associate degree in human services, and I am a Mental Health Practitioner.
I also have three children, 2 boys and one girl and my very first grandson that is due in May 2024. I am excited to be part of the New Pathways team and look forward to helping many people achieve all of their future housing and life goals in the best way I can.

Path to Home Shelter Program (Cambridge) - Wellness Advocate
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University. She is a Yoga Instructor, Meditation Practitioner and a Certified Recovery Coach. Christine has experience working with substance disorders and is motivated to work with people seeking and maintaining recovery. She believes that we are all works in process, and it always begins with the first step.

I love working with people and helping to make a difference in their lives. I am proficient in ASL, it’s been a passion since I was 2 years old. Love learning new things, and I am looking forward to returning to school in the spring of 2023 to get my AA degree in general studies.

Jen has been involved with New Pathways in various ways since 2002. She has lived in the Cambridge area off and on since 2001. Over the last 9 years, she has worked at a group home. Jen was a missionary and went to several Central and South American countries.
