Supportive Housing Program

Set-aside units are available for families with children experiencing long-term homelessness or for families considered high-priority homeless. Families who reside in these units have access to support services to help them be successful and maintain their housing.

What support services are provided? New Pathways has a full-time case manager on site who will work with tenants to develop the skills necessary to maintain housing, such as understanding the requirements of their lease. The case manager will assist in developing the skills necessary to achieve housing stability and will connect the household members to resources that will allow them to become healthy, productive members of our community.
