Pamela Streed

Executive Director

Pamela’s background includes over 15 years of leadership and strategic planning experience in the regulatory affairs industry. Most recently, Pamela worked as an Employment Specialist with the Dislocated Worker Program for Isanti County, while also serving on New Pathways’ Cambridge Site Committee. Pamela has a B.A. degree from Carleton College and also studied Adult Education at the University of MN.

 

Gina Mullen

Administrative Assistant

Gina holds a diploma as a Medical Receptionist, is certified in Customer Service, and has over 24 years of experience with non-profit administrative accounting and HR work.

 

Mary Westlund

Assistant Executive Director

Cambridge Site Homeless Program - Program Manager/Family Educator

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with dual majors in Human Services and Psychology with an emphasis in Social Work and Substance Abuse. She has over 15 years of experience working in social services and management.

 

John Klopfleisch

Brainerd Site Homeless Program-Program Manager/Family Educator

John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work. He has over 5 years of experience working with at-risk populations.


Jolene Schladweiler

Cambridge Site Homeless Program - Case Manager

Jolene is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in case management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor emphasis in Women’s Studies.

 

Chelsea Portillo

Cambridge Site Homeless Program - Special Services Advocate

Chelsea holds an Associates in Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Science and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work degree. She has over 2 years experience working with at-risk clients.

 

Julie Wermerskirchen

Hearth Connection Long-Term Homeless Program - Case Manager

Julie is a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience in the human service field. Julie holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and enjoys helping others overcome challenging circumstances so they can reach their fullest potential in life.

 

Kristina Rockey

Cambridge Site Homeless Program - Special Services Advocate

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She has over 5 years of experience working in social services

 

Cheryl Gray

Founder

Cheryl is a Licensed Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in the social service field and is a co-founder of New Pathways, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and has a second Major in Psychology.
